Privacy policy
This site collects as little as it can. Here is what we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated 2 October 2026
Who we are
Synergise Systems Limited is registered in England and Wales, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for anything you send through this website. You can reach us at hello@synergisesystems.com.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you.
- Contact form: your name, email, company (optional) and the message itself.
- Email: if you write to us directly, we keep the email and its thread.
- Site usage: privacy-preserving, aggregate page counts. No cookies are set for analytics and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.
Why we process it
- To answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver work. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and then the steps needed to enter a contract with you.
- To keep the site running and understand which pages are read, in aggregate.
Who sees it
The people at Synergise who reply to enquiries. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider acting as our processor. We use hosting and email providers that may store data outside the United Kingdom; where they do, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a newsletter or a CRM sequence because you wrote to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement and for six years afterwards, to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it, delete it, or stop processing it;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
Complaints
Email hello@synergisesystems.com first and we will sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where we have your email, tell you.
